Snickerdoodles(Yield: 54 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine or butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. old fashioned oats
    2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease cookie sheet.
    In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar and 3/4 cup granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs; mix well.
