Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mixed beans (soak beans overnight)
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. Polish sausage
    1 large can chopped tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Cook beans in one gallon of water until tender.
    Salt to taste.
    Brown onion, garlic, and sliced sausage in skillet until lightly browned; add to beans.
    Add tomatoes, chili powder, and hot sauce.
    Cook for 30 minutes.
