Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. currants
    1 1/3 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift first 4 ingredients together.
    Add margarine to sifted ingredients until mixture looks coarse.
    Stir in currants and caraway seed.
    Add buttermilk gradually; mix well. Knead dough until not sticky.
    Cut dough in half; shape into ball.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Cut a cross on top.
    Bake until golden.
