Ribs And Parsley Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ribs (short, beef, pork, etc.)
    2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 medium onion (optional)
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare ribs.
    Place ribs, salt, pepper, vinegar and onion (sliced) in a large pot.
    Bring to a boil and cook for 45 minutes. Remove ribs from water and place them in a baking pan and bake until desired tenderness (barbecue sauce is optional).
    Take liquid from ribs and add the 2 cups rice.
    Cook on low heat until rice is cooked.
    Serve with vegetables and rolls for a complete and delicious meal.
