Katie'S Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. apples, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. quick cooking oats
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine apples, sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon.
    Place into a 9-inch square pan.
    Mix the next 6 ingredients and sprinkle over apple filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
