Lois' Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can backfin crab meat
    1/3 c. white sauce
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. dried mustard
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 can bread crumbs
    few shakes Old Bay seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape into cakes and roll in the bread crumbs.
    Place in refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.
    Fry in deep fat or sauce in light oil, covered.
