Chicken Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. green peppers
    2 Tbsp. onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Mix broth with dressing.
    Mix together remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Layer in oblong 9 x 12-inch pan in this order: dressing, chicken and mixed ingredients.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Can be made ahead and frozen.
    Thaw before baking.
