Apple Sauté - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
4 large tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

In a large saucepan or skillet, melt butter.
Add apples, stirring constantly until apples are tender, about 6 to 7 minutes.
