Goof Proof Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 3/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine 1
    1/2 cups of flour and yeast. Heat milk, sugar, butter
    and
    salt
    until
    butter
    is
    almost melted, stirring
    constantly.
    Add
    milk
    mixture\tto
    flour mixture; add eggs.
    Beat with
    electric
    mixer
    on low for 30 seconds. Beat on high for
    3
    minutes
    (dough
    will be soft). Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface.
    Knead in remaining flour. Shape dough into
    a
    ball.\tPlace dough in lightly greased bowl; turn once.\tCover
    with
    warm,
    damp
    towel; let rise in a warm place until double (about 1 1/2 hours).
