Crunchy Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. minced chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 medium potatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely crushed cornflakes
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper.
Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick.
Add to mixture and mix well.
Spread in 13 x 10-inch pan.
Combine cheese and cornflakes, sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until tender.
Allow 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
