Cheese Puff Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a 2-quart saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
    Add the Bisquick and stir vigorously over medium heat until the mixture leaves the side of the pan, forming a ball. Cool 5 minutes.
    Beat one egg at
    a time into the mixture, beating thoroughly.
    Add garlic salt and cheese.
    Drop by a spoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    (Should be golden brown.)
    Serve hot.
    Makes four servings.
