Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. carrots or 2 junior jars Gerber baby food
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix Wesson oil, sugar, flour, eggs and cinnamon.
    Lightly stir in carrots and nuts.
    Make 3 layers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or less.
