Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 onion, chopped in food processor or grated
1 bell pepper, chopped in food processor
Worcestershire sauce to taste
red pepper to taste
pecans, parsley and/or paprika (optional)
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese.
Add lemon juice.
Add finely grated or chopped onion and bell pepper to cheese mixture.
Add Worcestershire sauce and red pepper to taste.
Roll mixture into one large ball or two small balls.
You may roll to coat with parsley, chopped pecans and/or paprika.
Refrigerate until firm.
Serve with crackers.
