Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, quartered
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. grated American cheese
    1/2 can French fried onions, crumbled
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook cabbage quarters in boiling, salted water until just tender; drain and dice in large pieces.
    Place half of cabbage in greased casserole.
    Add half of the soup, cheese and onions. Repeat layers.
    Top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
