Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick melted oleo
1 box powdered sugar
2 stick soft oleo
2 eggs
4 bananas
lemon juice
1 large can drained crushed pineapple
1 large carton Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling
chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick melted oleo.
Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Beat powdered sugar, 2 sticks oleo and 2 eggs for 10 to 15 minutes; spread over crust.
Slice bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix bananas with crushed pineapple.
Spread over powdered sugar mixture layer.
Spread Cool Whip over banana mixture layer.
Top Cool Whip with 1 can cherry pie filling and pecans.
Chill in refrigerator.
