Plantain Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. commercial sazon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously. Chill at least 2 hours. Shake just before serving. Yield: 1/2 cup.
