Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix first three ingredients together until like a pastry. Grease 8-inch square pan.
Press pastry on bottom and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
