Tomato-Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. drained and sliced mushrooms
    2 c. undrained canned tomatoes
    1 c. tomato sauce
    3/4 c. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. crushed basil
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Saute
    garlic
    in
    oil
    in frying pan until golden. Add mushrooms and saute 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer,
    uncovered,
    1
    hour
    until
    flavors are blended. This marinade
    can
    be
    drained after using and stored, covered, in refrigerator to reuse.
