Broccoli Jennifer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    18 Ritz crackers, crushed
    oleo
Preparation
    Grease a 1
    quart casserole with oleo.\tCombine broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, cheese,
    onion
    and egg and blend.
    Turn into baking dish;
    sprinkle
    with
    cracker crumbs and dot with oleo. Bake until bubbly at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
