Apple Butterscotch Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. quick oats
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butterscotch pieces
1/2 c. raisins
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. applesauce
1 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

Stir together mix, oats, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Stir in butterscotch chips.
Stir in raisins.
Combine egg and milk. Stir into oat mixture.
Add applesauce and orange juice.
Beat mixture vigorously for 30 seconds.
Spoon into large greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
This recipe has very little fat in it!
