Low Calorie Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. Weight Watchers margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    4 packets Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, vanilla and Sweet 'N Low;
    beat\twell.
    Thoroughly stir in flour.
    Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll dough\tinto
    3/4-inch balls;
    press flat with base of floured glass.
    Bake
    at 400\u00b0 for 6
    to 8\tminutes.
    Makes 2 1/2 dozen cakes;
    35 calories per cookie.
