Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 eggs
    4 bananas, mashed
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
    Cream sugar, margarine and eggs in bowl.
    Add bananas, mixing well.
    Beat in milk and vanilla.
    Stir in dry ingredients gradually.
    Pour into large, greased and floured loaf pan (you may also use two small loaf pans).
    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
