Ranch Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large irish potatoes
    16 oz ranch dressing
    2 c shredded cheese
    1/2 c bacon bits
    butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Quarter potatoes and microwave for 10 minutes covered with plastic wrap.
    Unwrap and put in 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Squeeze some butter on potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Pour ranch dressing over potatoes.
    Sprinkle cheese, then bacon bits.
    Cover with foil and cook 45 minutes in 400 degree oven.
    Remove foil and put on top shelf of oven.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned.
