Parmesan Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 catfish fillets
1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 stick of margarine
parsley flakes

Preparation

Wipe fish dry; salt and pepper to taste.
Dip in melted margarine, both sides.
