Hot Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. canned kidney or pinto beans, drained with 1/3 c. reserved liquid
    1/4 c. extra virgin flavorful olive oil
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine beans, olive oil and 1/3 cup bean liquid in a 2-quart microwave bowl.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Heat at 100% (High) for 4 minutes.
    Remove from oven and mash bean mixture with fork until smooth.
    Stir in cheese, onion, chili powder and paprika.
    Cover and heat for approximately 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Remove from oven and serve warm.
