Mom'S Yorkshire Pudding(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    2 to 3 Tbsp. beef drippings or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl.
    Lightly beat the egg in another bowl and stir in the milk and water with a fork. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and gradually pour in the liquid, whisking just until the batter is smooth.
    Let the batter rest for 1 hour.
    Heat the oven to 425\u00b0.
