Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. shortening
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Add milk and shortening and beat for 2 minutes.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Add flavoring and lemon juice.
    Beat until mixed.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
