Sweet N Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. ground chuck
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 lb. ground pork
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    8 eggs
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    3 Tbsp. salt
    6 heels of bread
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well and shape into very small balls.
    Fry in about 1 inch of oil, stirring frequently until lightly browned. Take up with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
    Transfer to a large, electric roaster.
