Cranberry Nut Bread(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. cranberries
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Grease a large loaf pan and pour mixture in. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
