Robin Hood Sunshine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg whites
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar and salt and mix well.
    Add sugar gradually, continuing to beat until stiff peaks are formed.
    Let meringue stand while preparing egg yolk mixture.
    Beat egg yolks until thick and light colored.
    Add sugar gradually and continue to beat until fluffy.
    Add flour alternately with water and flavorings; beginning and ending with flour.
    Fold in egg white meringue.
    Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake for 60 to 65 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool in inverted pan.
    Frost with egg yolk frosting.
