Pineapple Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    little vanilla
    2 c. milk
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients, stirring slowly.
    Then add 2 egg whites, beaten stiff.
    May be put in ice trays to be frozen or use any Tupperware container.
