Grilled Chicken Breasts With Herb Butter - cooking recipe

6 Tbsp. softened butter
1/2 tsp. zest and 1 1/2 tsp. juice from 1 small lime
1 small shallot, peeled and minced
3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat lime zest and juice into the butter; stir in shallot. Add cilantro, cayenne and salt.
Transfer to Tupperware.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Can freeze up to 1 month.
