Parsley Carrots And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots, diced
    2 c. potatoes, diced
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    6 Tbsp. melted butter/margarine
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. snipped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cook carrots and potatoes with salt in covered saucepan for 10 minutes or until tender.
    Add butter, pepper and parsley.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 4 servings.
