Grilled Eggplant Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small eggplant, sliced into 1/4-inch slices
    1 medium red bell pepper
    lettuce and tomato
    Mozzarella cheese
    your favorite Italian dressing
    1/4 to 1/2 c. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    sweet French roll
Preparation
    Roast bell pepper in oven set at broil.
    Lightly blacken each side and turn often.
    When all sides are done, place in a stainless steel bowl.
    Cover tightly with clear wrap and allow to cool.
    Once cool, peel off burnt skin and discard seeds.
    Cut into strips.
