Ham And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    1 lb. chipped ham
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    9 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Place 6 slices bread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add ham and cheese.
    Top with 6 more slices of bread.
    Beat eggs, add salt, pepper and mustard.
    Add milk.
    Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.
