Nut Cake Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Brazil nuts
1 lb. pecans
2 c. sugar
1 lb. English walnuts
1 c. water
4 egg whites
Preparation

Grind nuts.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Boil water and sugar until spins a thread.
Add to egg whites; mix well.
Add ground nuts to egg white mixture and mix well.
If mixture is too thick, add hot water to the consistency you need.
Spread on cooled cake layers.
