Ham-Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large slices sourdough bread
    1 1/2 to 2 c. finely chopped, cooked ham or canned luncheon meat
    1/2 bunch fresh broccoli, finely chopped (2 c.)
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 or 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread.
    Arrange slices in a greased shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Mix ham, broccoli, onion and 1 cup of the cheese.
    Beat eggs slightly with mustard.
    Beat in hot pepper sauce and milk.
    Add to ham mixture, mixing well.
    Spread in a buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until well browned and firm.
    Let stand a few minutes before serving.
