Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
few drops vanilla
3 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
Preparation

Mix butter, milk, salt and brown sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Add gradually enough confectioners sugar to make frosting of spreading consistency. Spread on cake.
