German Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 to 1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. shortening, soft
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Beat eggs and sugar; add shortening, salt, milk and yeast.
    Add flour and raisins; beat. Let rise until double, then spread dough in 17 x 11 x 1-inch pan and let rise until double.
    Before baking, sprinkle on topping of 1 cup sugar and 1/2 stick oleo.
    Crumble this mixture over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
