Black-Eyed Peas Spicy Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas, drained
1/2 onion, chopped
minced jalapeno pepper to taste
ground black pepper to taste
Preparation

In medium size pot, combine black-eyed peas, onion, jalapeno peppers and black pepper.
Heat all ingredients to simmer.
Cook 30 minutes.
Serve hot over a bed of brown rice.
