Frozen Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage (2 1/2 c.) chopped
    1 tsp. canning salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Bring to boil for 1 minute. Let cool. Drain cabbage, if needed. Add 3 stalks of celery, chopped and 1/2 green pepper, chopped. Pour vinegar dressing over all. Freeze in any containers. May also use carrot.
