Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. celery, chopped very fine or grated
    1/4 c. carrots, chopped very fine or grated
    1/4 c. green peppers, chopped very fine or grated
    1/4 c. cucumber, chopped very fine or grated
    1/4 c. onions, chopped very fine or grated
Preparation
    Combine vegetables.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Drain. Mix with cream cheese and lemon juice.
    Add mayonnaise if too thick. Use on bagel or as a sandwich.
