Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. icing sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and pack in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Beat the eggs well.
Add lemon juice, sugar, flour and baking powder, blending together well. Pour on top of the baked crust and return to oven for 25 more minutes.
Makes about 30.
