Lemon Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    12 oz. chicken cutlet, cut into cubes (1-inch)
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. white wine
    parsley, minced
Preparation
    Saute first 2 ingredients in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, for 15 minutes or until done.
    Serve with noodles. Serves 2.
