Mexican Beef And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
    tortilla chips (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions in large skillet, breaking beef into small pieces.
    Stir in tomato sauce, water, olives, mushrooms and chili powder.
    Bring to full boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover; remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Makes 4 servings.
