1 medium-size zucchini squash, sliced
1 medium-size yellow squash, sliced
1 large medium green pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 green tomato, sliced
1 red tomato, sliced
salt, pepper
pinch of oregano *
2 Tbsp. oil *
hot dogs

Preparation

*Substitute 1/2 cup red cooking wine instead of oil and oregano, if desired.
