"Blonde" Oatmeal Cookies(Norwegian Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 lb. butter, melted

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add egg and melted butter. Put on cookie sheet with teaspoon (12 on each sheet).
Flatten them out with a spatula.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until they are golden.
