Manhattan Vegetable Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green pepper strips
    1/2 c. onion rings
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
    1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
    1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Casino Brand natural low moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute peppers, onions and garlic in margarine in same skillet until tender.
    Stir tomatoes and basil; top with cheese.
    Cover; continue cooking until cheese is melted.
    Makes 2 servings.
