Curry Goat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. goat meat, cut in 2-inch squares
1 1/2 onions, divided
3 Tbsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. dried thyme leaves
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Place meat in a glass baking dish.
Season with 1 chopped onion, curry, thyme, pepper and salt.
Cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
Remove meat from refrigerator the next day.
Place meat in a large saucepan; cover with water.
Add oil.
Simmer 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Add remaining half chopped onion.
Simmer 15 minutes.
