3 egg whites (at room temperature)
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Beat egg whites until forms a soft peak, adding 6 tablespoons sugar gradually, then add cream of tartar and beat 1 minute longer.
Put on pie and bake in oven on 400\u00b0.
